Won me an out of town buyer

I wanted to write and tell you this product has saved me on several occasions. On the weekends, I'm either busy with open houses or my family and only check voicemail during specific times. Last weekend I received an alert with an out-of-state area code on one of my properties. It was slow at my open house so I called them back right away. I learned they were leaving town the next morning and wanted to see a property listed by another agent before they left. They called the listing agent but only got voicemail.
